If you don’t fancy that, what about smoked salmon with your scrambled eggs?


Vegetarians aren’t forgotten, we have veggie sausages and haggis, or maybe you’d like to try a vegetable stack or avocado on toast?

We aim to use home made or local produce as much as we can. George makes marmalade, lemon curd and jam to go with his sourdough bread;  I bake the sweet stuff, muffins, brioche or croissants. We also buy delicious jam from local firm Paradise Kitchen and bread from Seil Bakehouse.

Sausages, eggs and bacon come from local farms, Auchnasaul, Balvicar, Duntarrin, Jasbi Croft  and Kintaline. Our black pudding travels a little further, it’s Macleods of Stornaway.

We can’t grow our own oranges but they are freshly squeezed every morning.

And of course there are cereals, toast and as much tea or coffee as you like.
